I've been trying to put in a lot of punishing miles as of late. This was my resting place after an hour and a half ride, plus some hill intervals in and around the Golden Gardens/ Carkeek Park area.
When it was time to retire, I figured I should end with a strong effort. A Time Trial seemed to sufice.

Max Speed: 31.8mph
Avg HeartRate: 162bpm
Max HeartRate: 179bpm (closest to 200 is the goal, getting there...)
