As a means to motivate myself to keep this blog more active and generally entertaining, I have decided to overhaul some things. The new layout is dedicated to the new cycling club and race team that I am riding for in this 2012 season, Herriott Sports Perfomance (hspseattle.com) The facility and group are going to be great for me and excited doesn't even begin to describe my feelings for this opportunity. So there's that. Also, I was recently promoted to Sous Chef over at Ocho so food is becoming exciting all over again as I start the first major part of this parallel career. I say "parallel" because my dream is to one day combine my love for cycling and making delicious (vegan mostly) food into something that will make me enough money to support me and my soon-to-be wife in our life adventures. With that being said, here's the part that applies to you, my faithful readers: I will be posting recipes on a weekly basis to keep things interesting, your mouth watering and your stomach happy. I just got home from the Eatonville (Keller Rohrback) Road Race and should have a full report soon. Interesting little town, but I'll get to that within the next couple days. Personally I like to wait until the pictures surface to give the report some spice. Enjoy your Sunday. If youre in Seattle, go outside, away from your computer.
